  Epoxy Coating Process.

After the substrate check, our process includes these steps

1)       Prep the floor surface by grinding. (Walk behind Grinder)

2)       Cleaning floor surface by vacuum. (Industrial vacuum)

3)        Concrete repair, concrete cracks, holes, divots ,control joints etc.

4)        Final cleaning process.

5)        Apply primer coat. (depends on the type of epoxy requested)

6)        Apply the epoxy coating to give you the look and finish you want. You can choose the base color and add materials like semi-flake or full flake.

7)       Apply the final gloss protection coat.
